They took it down along with the HUGE dragons outside dueling dragons to make room for the Wizarding World of Harry Potter which is coming next year. I took pictures of the construction while I was there but so far its just some low castle walls and steel beams for Hogwarts/Hogsmead.

It (and the HUGE dragons) will be sorely missed, it was the best part of the park in my opinion.
